Move the leg and position your hands so that they overlap and wrap around one of the ankles. Then press in with your fingers and thumb and lightly glide up to the knee. Lighten the pressure more as you move over the knee itself, and then glide from knee to hip and back down to the ankle. Repeat five times, hen massage the other leg and you are good to go.
